The current Store release targets Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S with Meta Quest Touch controllers.

Confirm that the headset and server are on the same network. Choose the server, enter credentials only when required, then let CineVoid list the shares. Some servers disable share enumeration; in that case, enter the exact share name manually.

Both devices must be on the same local network and multicast discovery must be allowed by the router. Guest Wi-Fi and client-isolation settings commonly block discovery.

Open Plex in CineVoid, start linking and enter the short code at plex.tv/link while signed in to your Plex account. Return to the headset after the browser confirms the link.

Open Locations and select the provider. Jellyfin uses your server URL and Quick Connect. WebDAV needs the complete folder endpoint and any required credentials, not the provider's normal website URL. See the connection guide.

Open the subtitle tool during playback and search OpenSubtitles.com. Anonymous downloads are limited; adding your own OpenSubtitles account in Settings uses your personal allowance. Downloaded subtitles are saved on the headset and can also be exported to a folder you choose.

Yes. During flat or curved playback, open Screen and choose Passthrough as the background. The movie remains on a virtual screen while your real room stays visible around it.

When the main menu, browser, settings or player console is visible, hold grip and move the controller. When the menu is hidden, grip returns to moving the video screen or rotating immersive video.

The movie stays on the front-wall screen. Use Viewing distance to change your position relative to the room. Turn Background off or choose Panorama for a freely positioned screen. See Home Cinema.

Open Picture above the player. Adjust brightness, contrast, saturation or hue, and use Reset picture to return to neutral settings. Ambient light has its own switch and intensity slider up to 200%. These options require a build that includes Picture controls.

Not all files contain usable stereo metadata or filename tags. In Screen, choose Side by side or Top-bottom manually. Detection does not assume a wide image is 3D. The manual stereo choice stays in effect for that movie.

Try another audio track from the player controls. CineVoid includes software decoding for several formats, but unusual profiles, damaged streams and unsupported object-audio layouts may still fail. Include the displayed codec and container in your support message.

Supported unencrypted ISO or IMG disc images and non-password-protected RAR media archives can be opened. Commercial disc encryption, original disc menus, split or damaged archives and password-protected archives are not supported.

Local files, SMB and DLNA can work without the public internet. Plex linking, remote Plex access, Store entitlement and app updates require internet access. Local network access is still required for network sources.

Use the reset control in CineVoid or hold B/Y for two seconds. The room, screen and player controls recentre from one viewer pose after tracking resumes.
