1. Agreement and licence
These terms apply when you use CineVoid or this website. CineVoid is licensed, not sold, for personal and lawful use under the purchase and platform terms presented through the Meta Horizon Store.
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with or use CineVoid to violate the rights of others, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity despite this restriction.
2. Your media and lawful use
CineVoid is a media player. It does not provide films, television programmes or access to third-party libraries. You are responsible for your media sources, network configuration and permission to access and play the content you select.
Do not use CineVoid to access, copy or distribute content unlawfully or to circumvent copyright protection. Commercial disc encryption is intentionally unsupported.
3. Third-party services and devices
CineVoid can connect to services and devices you control or authorize, including Meta platform services, Plex, DLNA/UPnP and SMB servers. Those products are provided by their respective operators and may have separate terms, privacy policies, availability limits and technical requirements.
Bald & Bold Studios is not affiliated with or endorsed by Plex or the makers of third-party media servers unless explicitly stated.
4. Compatibility, updates and availability
Media compatibility depends on factors including headset model, operating-system version, server behaviour, network quality, container, codec profile, resolution and bitrate. A format name alone does not guarantee successful playback.
We may update, change or discontinue features to improve security, reliability, compatibility or compliance. We aim to provide a reliable experience but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CineVoid and this website are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Bald & Bold Studios is not responsible for loss caused by third-party services, unsupported media, user network configuration, unlawful use or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
